My husband and I have been going to the Hugging Bear Inn for approximately 4 years, for a total of about 10 stays. While there are several B&Bs to choose from in the area, we always head back to HBI! Inn-keeper Georgette is delightful and could not be any more hospitable. She really makes sure you enjoy your stay. While it is family oriented (there's a bear shoppe!), we do not have children and still love being there surrounded by the bears in and out of the rooms. Super quaint, great breakfast, can't wait to stay again!

If you want a bed and breakfast to take your family to, this is the place. Teddy bears galore?

We stayed here for two nights during our 3 week touring holiday of New England. The owner,Georgette.was very welcoming and the whole place had a very laid back feel to it.Everything spotlessly clean and we were made to feel very much at home(.Excellent restaurant for dinner right opposite).Anything you could possible want for breakfast freshly cooked to order.If you like teddy bears you'll be in absolute heaven
