We were very fortunate to find this and squeeze in for a 1 night stay while visiting Burlington. Very nice and friendly host and the large suite was ideal for us. Quiet residential location. Beautifully clean, bright and refreshing decor and furnishings with a very useful kitchenette so we could prepare ourselves a light dinner and breakfast. The suite has a lovely feel to it and we would definitely like to stay again.

This place is delightful and Andrea is a wonderful hostess. The furniture, decor, use of color and gardening on the property are incredible. Staying here will make your stay in Burlington a much richer experience!

I stayed at the Howard Street guest house on the upper level. It is complete with a full kitchen and dishware-there are some breakfast items and you can bring in any groceries. It had a beautiful cathedral ceiling/skylights and the archictecture was splendid, much nicer than a standard hotel room. That it is in an actual neighborhood adds to its charm. The walk to downtown involves a little exercise but I enjoyed the opportunity and to drive there would take only 5 minutes. I really enjoyed staying here and Andrea did her best to make it a positive experience.

The owner was kind enough to book us over the phone while she was grocery shopping, so she is very accommodating. We stayed in the downstairs room, a spacious, cute area with lots of light and very clean. The downstairs room does contain the water heater for the upstairs room, but the noise is minimal and we had no trouble sleeping. There was plenty of space for parking and downtown Burlington was less than a ten-minute walk away. Little touches like flowers and chocolates when we arrived made the space especially cozy.
