This was our fourth time staying at this Hampton Inn and we love that we know exactly what to expect. This is a great alternative for travelers who don't really feel like doing the "Inn" thing while visiting Vermont. For us, we have to be in the mindset to appreciate all that an Inn has to offer. Checking in was friendly and quick and the rooms are clean and modern.

We stayed here two weekends ago while attending my high school reunion in Massachusetts. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and especially helpful when we were looking for a late-night dinner. We always enjoy the Hampton Inn hot breakfasts. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Southern VT/NH/Western MA areas.

Attempted to check in at 3:15, room was ready around 3:35. Room was clean with no bugs or unwanted items evident. I didn't think their customer service was spectacular at all. We typically get refrigerators for free at marriotts (we have to refrigerate my sons insulin). When I asked for one that night, she said she'd see if there were any available but there would be a $10 charge. There was no follow up by the front desk after that. Very poor service. I'm in that area twice a year and will not stay there again.

This hotel has typical Hampton quality plus very nice staff. The room was clean and comfortable. the bed was very comfortable with many pillows and a lap desk that made it easy to work on my laptop while stretching out in bed. The lobby and dining area were also clean and nicely decorated. The workout room was large and well equipped. Breakfast was ok with decent coffee. My only complaint is that the walls are a little thin; I had to as the folks in the next room to turn down their TV. Overall, a very good experience. I will go back....and I love the cookies at check-in!
