Stayed for 2 weeks; the guy next-door to me supposedly lived there for 5 years. He initially complained to motel management that I closed my car doors too hard and loud. Next, he nearly put his fist through the window when I tapped my foot at the entryway of my room (attempting to remove the snow from my boots prior to entry into the room). The guy never bothered to speak to me.
The next morning when I mentioned to management that I wanted to be moved, she yelled at me and said that the man in the room was her friend and that she didn't need my friendship and just wanted me to get the hell out of the motel. She wouldn't refund my money; being a "mom & pop" type of motel there was no manager to ask for.
My room was at the end of the motel; the wind blew right through it; management didn't care about how I felt.
