right off the highway. warm clean rooms, you wont go broke for a quick overnight stay. close to good restaurants, gas stations, etc

We actually paid money to stay at this no frills hotel. The rooms were obviously well worn and offered nothing to make you feel like you got your moneys worth.

Upon entering the rooms, it's obvious that you're gonna wish that morning arrives fast. The rooms need much work as the furnishings need to be replaced. Cleanliness is not something this hotel is good at.

We had great difficulties in getting an internet connection and finally decided to go find a coffee shop connection within the city to relax and get some emailing done. The hotel personell were nice but that couldnt make up for the look and feel of the place.

We'll look around at the other hotels when we head over to Brattleboro again.

In our modern times it is unbelievable to find a hotel that makes guests pay for wireless internet. That used to be the case in the early days but no more...until we checked into Motel 6. In addition to having to pay for Internet access, there are only certain rooms that have that access. It's still hard to believe that we encountered such nonsense. Because my wife has a job that requires nearly constant contact with the main office, internet access is critical and needs to be available on demand. She had problems with the connection and we nearly went somewhere else to stay.

As for cleanliness of the Hotel, we could only shake our heads after looking the room over. It needed a deep cleaning by someone who takes pride in their work. We would not stay there again until they smarten up and provide full free internet access to the entire hotel.

This is a predictable 2-star motel - clean room, quiet, near I91, park at the door, quick check in/out. There is no breakfast. Check out is at noon, nice if you want to sleep late.

The heat/AC fan is a bit noisy, a plus if you like to mask noise from other rooms, a minus if you want complete silence.
