We stayed at this motel and had a few problems to say the least. On the first night we had no hot water so I just skipped my nightly shower. I figured with a lot of the rooms filled due to the peak fall foliage that the hot water was out when I wanted to take a shower. The next morning, the water was lukewarm at best. The morning we checked out, there was no hot water. I called the front desk and was given a key to another room to take a shower. There is no lights outside so the walk to find this room was difficult being I was mad and half asleep also. The heater in the room did not work and a portable heater was there to use. That unit had to be exchanged because it did not work properly. The permanate heater in the room leaked water soaking the carpet by the bed on our last night there. I complained to the owner and he said that he would refund 25 percent of each night and still has not done that. I would not recommend this property due to the upkeep of the unit and the grounds surrounding this property.
