I enjoyed the service attitude of the staff. Each time I went to the front desk with a question, they cheerfully had an answer, but then they also took the extra step to ask if there was anything else they could do to help me.
The front lobby is pleasant and inviting. I appreciate the non-smoking policy throughout the building. The room was great. It had a fresh smell - not musty. I liked the separate area for the couch and chair, etc. The LCD flat screen TV is situated between the lounge area and the bed area and pivots easily to allow you to point the TV to wherever you are in the room. The microwave and refrigerator came in handy for this particular trip - I used both. The bed was supplied with both soft and firm pillows.
Some people don't like having the sinks out in the room instead of in the bathroom, but I didn't mind that. Indeed, because the double sinks were in the room area, I had a six-foot counter to work with, a much easier time using a power outlet on each end of the counter, and could also iron my clothes in front of the counter where it was actually well-lighted.
The bath worked great, with one of those curved curtain rods that give you more room, a good and quick supply of hot water, and nice-sized towels. Be aware that the shower head doesn't adjust for pressure, just temperature. The water is soft.
They have a complete hot breakfast buffet that is included with the room. This location served a great breakfast with eggs, real has browns, cut sausage, and baked croissants with ham and melted cheese inside. They also had cereals, yogurt, toast, bagels, apple sauce, etc.
