“beautiful location, best place around”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 June 2011

Certainly not a 5 Star resort but it is the nicest place around. Staff is friendly and they try to be as helpful as possible. Our room was lovely and housekeeping was fine.
Back deck restaurant is a great place for sunset. Good house wine. Very friendly waitresses. The hostess was always very accomodating.
The only draw back it is approx 25 minutes from town. However, the drive was always beautiful.

Room Tip: Make sure you ask to be on the Colorado River.

“Great Front Desk Clerk, Very Comfortable Room”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 August 2010

Checked in near midnight, front desk very friendly and polite. Saw that I hold a CDL and gave me a discount. Room in older part because we had a dog. Very clean and comfortable. Bed super comfy, felt like I was wrapped in a nice soft cocoon. The only complaint would be that the carpet looked like it had seen better days and should be replaced.
Breakfast at DorthaLee's was very good and inexpensive.

“Great Location, if you don't plan on staying in your room very much”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 June 2010

I stayed here for one night in June, and the best part was the location. It is right off the freeway, and you cant' miss it! It's next to gas stations, shopping and many food options. Checking in was easy, however, the front desk woman didn't seem to be very knowledgeable about the amenities. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, and they were ok. The room was very small, and you could hear the people next to you, as well as outside. The walls seem very thin. We both slept well though, and the temperature of the room was easy to adjust. Breakfast was ok, but get there fast, as they ran out of most things by the end. They have a waffle maker and little cups of batter for you to make your own waffle- even sugar free syrup choice, which was nice. They ran out fast though, and with an hour left for breakfast they ran out of muffins and toast. There was one guy trying to stock all of the stuff for a lot of people, so get there early or plan on waiting. They had some cereal, bagels, and orange juice. There is a restaraunt attached to it that serves breakfast for 4 bucks, lunch for 5 and dinner for 6. It was an average stay, pretty good price, and would stay there again for a short stay if I wasn't staying in my room very much.

“Outside a bit scary, but inside was ok”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 May 2010

Someone else in my party booked this hotel. They said it was pretty inexpensive but did not look like the photo’s online. They have two buildings- one that is behind the gas station (did not stay in that one, seemed to be newer, look more like hotel style), or the section attached to the office/front desk (look more like motel style). I stayed in the motel style building.

Overall I thought it was ok- a little scary on the outside, you are right next to the freeway and on/off ramps, but it did offer free internet (you have to go get a cord from the front desk), free breakfast, microwave, and mini fridge. I thought the beds were comfy and thought the rooms were spacious.

Also it was kind of confusing of if it is in Washington or St. George and I really did not see a difference so I would say it is in North St. George.

“Clean Room ,Recently renovated, LowPrice”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 February 2010

Arrived a little late to a clean room with new linen soft towels and plenty of hot water. The continental Breakfast was better than most . Close to freeway. Plenty of Resturants close by. The only complaint next time we would stay on the opposite side of the hotel away from the truck parking. The room was very large with microwave and fridge. J.C. Salt Lake City
