This inn surprised us, quite pleasantly. We were passing through Utah to get to Colorado, and when we pulled in to Vernal, Utah, I felt like I was in middle-of-nowhere-motel-land. I didn't have high hopes for where we were staying when I saw the town - no offense intended! Sorry, Vernalites, but it's true.
I was so thankful when our gps showed that the Inn was off the main highway, in a very low traffic area. We went to the main Inn to check in, and were directed across the street to the B&B. Turns out it's located in a remodeled church, which is how the owners started out. They later built the Inn across the street. It is quite nice, and we would have been happy to stay at either.
I have perfume and chemical allergies, and the cleaning crew were very helpful. We stayed in the B&B's only room with hardwood floors - a nice space with a skylight window and vaulted ceilings. The cleaning crew didn't use any chemicals to clean the room, as requested, and left out the bedding and towels. If you have allergies, you know what I'm talking about!
The breakfast part of the deal wasn't' a priority to us, so we didn't get up in time, and my review doesn't cover it. However, when we got in to the Inn, it was late and we had not eaten. We had some food with us we could make, and the manager in the Inn offered us the use of the dining area and any of it's amenities. That was awesome. We used it in the late morning, as well. The B&B also has it's own kitchen area to use, but we were in so late we didn't want to disturb people, so we used the Inn's cooking area.
We stayed two times - on the way there and back, and would definitely stay there again.
