I always stay in this Super 8 when I travel through Vernal. I just read the last review of someone who was not happy with the beds and other things. But the beds are fine.
And I don't notice that the walls are thinner than other hotels. Really, if you think about it, walls are made the same way in just about all hotels. Yes, you can hear people when they talk loudly, just as in other hotels.
I stay at this hotel because it is always clean, it is well maintained and it is a very good price.
Mostly what you see in the parking lot are white oil-field service trucks. This is a hotel where the oilfield workers stay, just like most of the other budget priced hotels in town.
The owners live on the property and are very helpful. If the wi-fi doesn't work right, they will reset it for you and will try to get it right for you.
The two desk clerks who are not family members but who are also at the desk each day are really nice too.
This is a decent hotel. It is not for honeymooners are vacation families, although a family would get a good price for a clean room with a large TV, so it would be good for families. The only thing is, at 5:30 a.m., all those oil field workers start their trucks and head out. The place is almost empty by 8 a.m.
Also they have a pool and indoor jacuzzi.
And a lobby computer.
Yes, breakfast is packaged donuts and such. But who really expects a real breakfast from hotels that cost $50-$60?
I stay in Comfort Suites, La Quintas, Super 8's and Best Westerns, so this hotel gives me what I want. A clean room, good TV, Wifi and a good nights sleep.
