The bedding was obviously not clean; disgusting stuff stuck on the bedspread!. Shower had dirt in it. Window air conditioner did not work well enough to cool the room. Non-smoking room isn't much good when there is a chain smoker staying in the next room and he stands outside between the two rooms and stinks everything up. Dead bolt door lock and the handle lock were broke, leaving the room unsecured. Pillows are old and lumpy. Mattresses are also old and uncomfortable. Desk clerk was rude and could barely speak English. Charged more money for the room than I had reserved it for online, the day before. Biggest dump I've ever stayed in. You'd be better off sleeping in your car.

The management at the hotel was terrible. The front desk clerk was rude and unpersonable and we ended up paying $40 dollars more a night due to one extra person in our room. The rooms were nothing to brag about, dirty sheets, leaking refrigerator, loud annoying AC and a TV from the 80's. Not to mention, each room came with a terrible smell. I was not expecting much for $60 a night, but for that experience I should have been paying $20 at the most. I would recommend the Weston Lamplighter right down the street instead. Similar cost and much nicer staff and rooms.

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!! The clerk was extremely rude and sexist. Our Non-smoking room smelled of stale smoke. The room was dirty, the bathroom door did not close all the way. There was no remote for the TV, several lights did not work. We could not wait to get out of there.

OK--it was the cheapest thing we found in the region. Bed was fine, linens were fine, and the room was clean. So we can't complain.
The 1.5 star rating was pretty accurate.
Breakfast was just some packaged donuts and coffee.
The night clerk was not someone I would hire.
But--all we wanted was to arrive late, sleep, shower, and stay cheap.
It worked fine for all of that.
