Iv stayed at this hotel a few diffrnt times and I keep going back becuase the staff is so great to me and my family! Since the last time I was there they have remodeled the rooms, the breakfast room and the lobby!!! The new bed was amazing!!!! My husband loved all the new granite counter top! The pool was so relaxing! We loved how our room was in the same area as the pool! It was so easy to take the kids to the nice warm pool!!! And the breakfast was sooo yummy!!!! There is something for everyone in that breakfast room!!!! I will keep going to this hotel as long as I visit Tooele!!! I recomend it to all my friends and family! Best BEST WESTERN EVER!!!!!!

This place doesn't deserve to even be a Best Western. I stayed here for business several different times throughout the summer and fall and it was pretty terrible for a best western. First of all the staff always acted like we were putting them out by staying there, very indifferent, and sometimes down right rude. The rooms outside had doors that weren't sealed so light, bugs, moisture all can and did get in. The carpets were moist! Gross! So our company no longer makes us stay there. We now stay at the Hampton suites when were in town and it is amazingly better, even for maybe a little more money. The WiFi was terrible too!

I stayed for 5 days during a business trip and I believe they really need to consider building a newer hotel...this one is old and it shows. I had the suite with the hot tub in the middle of the room (what a waste of space...wedding suite???) which adjoined the indoor swimming pool area. I could not get fresh air since the only opening window opened into the humid pool area...then when I got back to the room from a long day and wanted peace and quiet, kids were screaming and playing in the pool...not good. TV service is very limited selection and marginal quality. This last trip was at the Holiday Inn in Tooele...much much better.

Safe and clean (?) but certainly not great. Old, old motel that hasn't ever been remodeled.
