First the good. Easy to find, great loaction adjacent to the mall and walking distance to several eating places including my favorite a sports bar named Iggy's where the food is great and they have a wide selection of micro-brews. The bad. Two times the service staff walked into my room announced thinking no one was in the room. Poor communication or check-in system. The tv remote in the small suite area didn't work and the tv would shut off on its own every ten minutes or so. The tv picture would freeze for 10 to 15 minutes at a time ensuring whatever you were watching was interrupted. The toilet ran consistantly and even with the door shut, you could hear it run all night. The coffee pot didn't work and had to be replaced and the outdoor side entrance card machines didn't work leading to a walk around the hotel to get to the main entrance. The topper, the upstairs guests seemed to walk the floors all night (either young adults or guests with children) and the construction was so thin that every step reverberated through my room. I got 3 hours sleep the first night and 4 the second. Nice people, but I won't stay their again.
