We stayed here during a girls National Softball tournament in July. They gave us one rate, then when we got there they tried to raise the price. We stayed there one week and they cleaned our room only once. They would not give us clean towels and we had to keep asking for more. We had a total on nine rooms, and the TV's did not work in most of them. The air conditioner also did not work in some of the rooms. For those who want a kitchen, we had to go buy pots in order to cook. We also discovered very quickly that we had to have a chaperone with the teenage girls at all time due to the "residents" of the hotel.

Upon checkout they tried to raise the price again. Then the owner told me they lost money on us and we ruined all their towels!! The owner also told me that they fired the person who booked our rooms.

We were not the only team that had problems with this hotel.

Stayed during Huntsman Senior World Games, October, 2005. Was quoted over phone rate of $59.95. Upon arriving, was told "It is $69.95". Not much you can do once there and no other vacancy in town! Unbelievable amount of dust in room! Had to dust myself using kleenex. Gross! Toilet broke first day, as did hairdryer. Never given enough towels/washcloths the entire week of stay. Four of us registered in the room, and they gave us only 2 towels/2 washcloths per day. Had to ask for more every day! Breakfast very sparse. They kept telling us they ran out of oatmeal/bananas, but upon pressuring them, they would miraculously "find" some. Apparently, they would hide it so people wouldn't take it - isn't that the point - for people to take the oatmeal/bananas and eat them!!! Overheard others complaining of reservations/rooms at front desk also. Owners do not speak English well.
