“No Pets Allowed!”

This hotel was decent for the price. Our biggest problem was that I needed a hotel that accepted pets. Both Trip Advisor and the hotel's own website said they allowed them, so I made the reservation. Upon check-in however, I was told that there were NO PETS ALLOWED. Well having traveled several hunderd miles on a holiday weekend when there were no other pet friendly hotels with vacancies, I wasn't amused by the switcheroo. I had no choice but to sneak my little 10 pound, non-barking baby into our room where she quietly slept in her crate all night causing no problem whatsoever.

The hotel was reasonably clean and staff was reasonably nice. Our stay was reasonably quiet, but at the end of a long drive, who wants to have some sort of surprise crisis? I would have booked somewhere else had I know ahead of time. I recommend you call ahead and ask for what you want, and get the name of the person you talk to!

The room was very pleasant and the beds comfy. One of the few rooms that the heating/cooling fan did not awaken me during the nite!!

The complimentary breakfast was great!
We will definitely stay here again.

“eeeew it was a nightmare”

My sister and I took our girls down to St. George for a dance Competition and we asked for a family suite. My Sister was coming about 2 hours after me and my girls. When we went to check in we were told we had to pay for the rooms up front. for both nights. We were told NO PAY NO STAY. we informed them at the office that the credit card that the room was held under was coming. and he repeated NO PAY NO STAY. my sister finally arrived and we paid. the beds sheets were dirty and we had to changed our own sheets after complaning. one of the rooms had a dog and he crapped out side of our door. my seven year old stepped in it and started screaming. the manager came down and told us WE HAVE NOISE COMPLAINT when we told him what had happened he instructed us to be careful.and quiet. the next day at 10:00 am The maids told us NO PAY NO STAY. We told them we had paid for two nights. maid service never came back in to clean our rooms. the next morning (after the second night) same thing NO PAY NO STAY. and we were told to leave right now. check out time was at 11:00 and we had to be out at that time. we left and went to another hotel we told them of our experience. they were not suprised they have heard it all before. This hotel is not recommended for anything or anybody unless you are desperate. We joke about it and we call it the Hotel from Hell.

I like staying at this america's best inn everytime I make my way to St George. They have great rates and overall best location.
Close to shopping mall and great restaurants. Nice clean rooms
and very good breakfast too. I highly reccommend this property to anyone staying in the St George area.

“Not clean at all...”

This hotel was ok for the money, but it definetley was not clean. Our kids feet were completely black after walking around on the carpet. Bathroom was very worn and in need of desperate attention. Location is good but other than that I would definetly not stay here again.
