The hotel is very nice. The area is quiet. You are two exits away from downtown St. George (Short drive) There is a Walmart next door which is convenient. Views from the rooms are kind of limited due to the position of the Hotel. Rooms are clean. They get extra points for customer service and being very friendly, professional, and helpful.

Room for improvement: Carpets need to be change due to regular wear and tear. Pillow are good looking but hard, a couple soft pillows will be nice.

If in the area, I will stay there again.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly.
The room is big, clean, and comfortable.
There are coffee/tea facilities, micro oven, and fridge in the room.
Breakfast was included in the price, it was good and all we could ask for.
There is free parking and coming from Zion national park very easy to find.
The neighbourhood is shops and fast food chains. There is a Wal-Mart in walking distance from the hotel. We had a very good nights sleep in a quiet comfortable room. I would stay again. This is value for money.

My wife and I are allergic to dust mites. We have found that many hotel rooms look clean but actually harbor allergens in the carpet and bedding. This hotel is different, perhaps only because it is very new. We had no allergies here. Even in a new building, keeping the dust mites at bay requires hard work on the part of the housekeeping staff. I commend them for a job well done.

Beyond being super clean, I to agree with everything in the review by "03rcode". It is a very nice drive from here to Zion, and the Walmart is handy.

The pool and spa are clean and comfortable too.

We had been staying at other hotels around the area, and recently discovered this amazing, clean, modern hotel. The best part about the hotel is soap dispensers in the shower.Wow! I feel like I'm staying in a luxurious hotel for the price of a chain!!! I feel more than comfortable being bald in this hotel. The General manager was just the right amount of friendly, and not at all aloof. Plus, did I mention there's a free breakfast? With fresh waffles? I love taking my family there, it's more than accommodating. The rooms are big and I can easily fit, without being creative, my four small children in one room. I love that it's really clean and I don't cringe when my kids eat off anything. Plus I prefer more modern hotels and this, for the price is amazing. I've stayed in hotels all over the world and this is one of my favorites for the price. Plus the A/C works great without being too noisy.
