The manager was nice but difficult to understand. The carpets were not vacuumed, it was hot, and dirty. Continental breakfast was offered but the area did not appear clean. The coffee was watered down and no wheat bread was available. The woman managing the front desk, the continental breakfast, and assisting the manager was rude.
The shower water pressure was decent but the toilets didn't flush well. The pillows on the beds were terrible, hard and old.
Expedia kept me on the phone forever when I complained about my reservation. It was impossible at 10:30 p.m. to get any satisfaction with Expedia to get me a different hotel. I will never work with Expedia again or stay at America's Best Value Inn in St. George.
