The manager was nice but difficult to understand. The carpets were not vacuumed, it was hot, and dirty. Continental breakfast was offered but the area did not appear clean. The coffee was watered down and no wheat bread was available. The woman managing the front desk, the continental breakfast, and assisting the manager was rude.
The shower water pressure was decent but the toilets didn't flush well. The pillows on the beds were terrible, hard and old.
Expedia kept me on the phone forever when I complained about my reservation. It was impossible at 10:30 p.m. to get any satisfaction with Expedia to get me a different hotel. I will never work with Expedia again or stay at America's Best Value Inn in St. George.

This hotel was clean enough. the HUGE problem was they house over a hundred asian people on Friday night who all wake up around 5am Saturday to leave. The hotel was unbelievable noisy between 5 and 6am and the manager told me "that is just the way it is" as he stood next to the sign about there no noise tolerance policy. He and his assistant were very nice, but did not take responsibility for keeping ALL guests happy-only the ones who were making him the most money.
if you see tour buses in the parking lot, run the other way!
