Wi FI was intermittent at best. TV was 1970s; remote absent on checkin and didn't fully work when provided. Channel selection list was totally wrong and second one still wrong with only half the channels. Shower scalded me twice and would freeze me a second later. Pool not open due to maintenance but saw no one working on it during my multi-day visit. Staff, except for Christie, seemed uninterested in any of this. Guest directory was high school print shop level and information was wrong or meaningless.

Put 3 quarters into candy machine in lobby and received 2, 0 and 3 peanut M&Ms. Indicative of the entire operation!

The hotel was inexpensive. The pool was cold. The cookies were nice. Everything else was ok.

Good price. Good location. Nice room. Pet friendly. I like to stay again.

I stayed here one night. There are a couple of issues that keep this hotel from being above-average. The guy at the front desk was not particularly friendly when I checked in and seemed in a rush. Also, there was nobody at the desk when I wanted to check out. After waiting for a few minutes I just put the key on the counter and left.

The building is older and there's a faintly funky smell in the halls. My room also smelled a bit off, most likely due to the carpet and couch. I got used to it quickly, but I expect better from hotels in this price range.

All this being said, my room was comfortable and quiet and I didn't have any issues with my stay other than the ones I described above.
