Clean hotel, helpful staff, convenient shuttle, decent restaurant onsite. Admittedly nothing fancy or special but a solid, comfortable option.

This hotel has a great location near the BYU Provo campus. It is very close to the Cougar Statium, and it is a great location for attending any BYU football game. We stayed at the hotel for the BYU vs Utah game. The people at front desk are very nice and they checked me in very quickly. They even helped me with a request to stay close to the rest of my group that had not cheked in yet.

I am not sure when the hotel was built, but the place is due for a refresh. The toilet in my room looked like it had not been cleaned in months. It may have been, but there were water stains or something that made it look gross. The towels were a little threadbear. My father-in law had a list of 5 things to be fixed in his room. The main one being the heat. My heat/ac worked ok, but not well.

Overall, this is the best option near the stadium, but I think it has been neglected due to its location.

We stayed at this property the night before we dropped our daughter off at BYU. We have stayed here several times in the past, but it had been several years since we had done so. This hotel is fairly run down, and does need a remodel. Bedding was worn, as was the furniture, and there were faint stains on the walls, as well as in the bathroom. We are travelers who try our best to book with Marriott, and it is RARE that we have a poor experience. But this was one of those exceptions to the usual Marriott standards. The night before we had stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn in Provo, and were very, very pleased. As with the Provo Marriott downtown. But we will avoid the Provo Courtyard in the future.

I was greeted with the best ever cookies when I checked in, and enticed by the great restaurant in the Hotel for dinner. The rooms were very nice and the service was great! Also I got a great price on the room, so all in all it was a perfect stay.
