We arrived to Price late in the evening and got a room quite easily. The manager served us promptly and was friendly. He offered us suggestions as to where to go eat and where to park.

Our room was on the second floor and it was quite roomy and comfortable. Nice furniture and clean modern design. I especially liked that it's 100% smoke-free, there was absolutely no odour. We had a good sleep and the beds were very comfortable. It had high speed Internet that was actually high speed! And the continental breakfast in the morning was good too.

Should not have the Best Western name, gross toilet, burns on carpet, filthy armchair and the manager is downright creepy. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

Being in Price there are not to many choices. Service could be better, very slow.

The manager, who has a thick accent, came out of his back room to belittle & chew out the friendly, efficient check-in clerk (Ashley) while we are standing there! Three of us were checking in at the same time & he thought she was too slow. Then, about 30 minutes later, after we got settled in our room, I went back down to the office and he was yelling at her again! You'd think he would at least stop when I walked in, but no, he kept right on. His disrespect for his staff was appalling.
