We wereI was heading back to Durango Colo from Idaho, didn't feel like driving through, so stopped in Price. SUV was full of camping, fishing, and other gear, and we wanted to stay at
a place where we could park just outside the room (most chains I went by in Price have interior entrance.) This place is older, sort of an old road motel one story structure. But filled the "park by door" requirement. And turned out to be clean, nice firm beds, flat screen tv, and wireless that worked without any glitches. The owner was an older gentleman from Poland, very courteous, even came out from behind the counter to make our waffles for us.
The continental breakfast was very good. Reasonably price at a little over $60 for a double.
As far as the review about crowding with workers, we were there on the wednesday before
Labor Day weekend, and it was less than 1/2 full and not noisy. I did not hear a train.

We stayed here two nights and were very pleased with the accommodations. The hotel's not much to look at from the street - but there are well-tended flowers in front of every room, the rooms are clean and pleasant, and the continental breakfast was served in a lovely little space w/ Polish ethnic dresses on the wall. There were homemade biscuits and gravy the first morning with yellow plums from a local garden. The management was pleasant and I felt comfortable and welcomed.

This locally owned hotel has large clean rooms with cozy decor, and offers a breakfast spread including bacon, eggs, fruit, and pancakes. Walking distance to shopping & restaurants. Staff gave great advice on local events/attractions.

We were looking for a room in Price and went to Legacy inn, but we thought the hotel was a bit shaggy...... Since the other hotels were full because of the railroadworks (workers stayed in the hotels) we went back to legacy. The nice lady said we would not be sorry, because they refurbished the rooms and they were very nice. And indeed, the room was new, clean, comfortable and smelled nice.
In the morning we even had a nice breakfast whit lots of choise, in a plaesent breakfast room. We did hear the trains, but the noise was not so bad.
