“Disgusted.”

I was extremely excitied to stay at this hotel. The pictures were amazing, we rented a 3bedroom condo. When we found out the check-in office was closed and we had to do late check-in but didn't know to do that. We had to call a number to assist us where to get our key for our condo. Except they made us go to one of their sister hotels to pick up the key and then key wasn't there. We had a run-around with the same phone numbers and no one could help us. We stood out there in the cold. They told us to leave a message on their cell phone and they would contact us in 5 mins. I called twice no response.

After about an hour, we finally got someone to give us the key. We found our condo and were at first sight happy with the way everything looked. When we opened the garage, they provide a large trashcan for their guests but ours was full from the last guests and our garage had a very rancid smell. We asked the next day when we properly checked in to have the trashed dumped. No one came for three days, we had to pull the trashcan out in the driveway until the actual trash pickup came.

Our beds were made, but their blankets, sheets, pillowcases had tiny hair on it. It was almost as if the cleaning service just remade the bed but didn't change the seats. They obviously don't wash their blankets because they were dirty and had hair on it as well, even extra ones in the closet.

There were stains on the floor and their bathroom towels had other people's hair on it as well.

Definitely with all their bad amentities and cleaning service and poor customer service makes this a one-star place to stay at. They did have nice marble countertops in the kitchen though.
It was disgusting. Horrible maintenance, Horrible cleaning service.

We are disappointed to learn that a guest of ours had an unpleasant experience at our property. Please be assured that this is not in keeping with the type of experience the overwhelming majority of our guests enjoy. We encourage our guests to contact a manager if they have any concerns during their stay so that we may address them immediately.

“Teens love this townhouse”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 January 2007

We ski different resorts every year and liked our accomodations at Fox Point the best. My teenage daughter broke her wrist snowboarding at the Canyons on the second day. What could have been a very bad experience turned out to be OK because she hung out at Starbucks with her laptop and caught several movies while the rest of us (4) skiied. The location is ideal to the slopes, restaurants and to a great grocery store...Smith's. Our views were very pretty. We had a spacious 3 bed 2 bath unit with a washer /dryer and a garage for all the ski stuff. Immaculate. We booked a unit with a free SUV but when we got to the airport Enterprise did not have a car for us. I haven't had good luck with Enterprise so my plan B booking with Hertz worked. All Seasons Resorts came thru and gave me a credit, so all is well. I loved being able to be at the ski slopes within 30 minutes from the airport but the lift lines were too long (1 hour the first day/45 minutes the second day). My only complaint is when we arrived it was VERY difficult trying to find our townhouse. This is a simple fix...bigger lighted numbers on the units. Great for a family vacation, especially with teenagers.

  • Liked — Spacious and convenient to everything
  • Disliked — Not ski in and ski out

“Feels Like You're in the Suburbs”

The townhouse we rented was quite nice and new, but the location of all the units is too close to I-80 and thus lacks that resort feel. Next time, we'll be sure to rent a place that is closer to the base of the Canyons or Park City, as we want to see the skiers, not the cars wizzing by!

“Great getaway!”

This property was great! Newer and in the perfect location, near everything. The only issue was that when we checked in the attendant wrote down the wrong number, we searched in the dark (9:30pm) for about an hour before actually using our own logic to piece together the actual number. Luckily there are three different numbers and letters involved we were able to figure out which one was wrong and our keys worked so we lucked out. The unit (2-bedroom and 2-bathrooms) was great with only some minor wear-down. The dishwasher was not installed correctly so it kept falling out of the counter when opened....but it worked so we really didn't care. We were backed against the mall which had music playing at different times (it's an outdoor mall) so I could see families getting upset about that, it didn't really bother us. Overall it was perfect with the garage and the mall being right there. The movie theater was right out our door and the resorts were all minutes drive from us. It was a great deal for the time we went and the condo worked perfectly for us.

“Good location and value”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 December 2005

Had 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo. Very good location to get to ski areas. Unit was brand new and in great shape. You do not have good views but the price is very good. Units that back up to the Redstone shopping village could be noisy. Our family would recommend this place and would stay here again. One downside is no pool or hot tub on the property.
