We have been coming to the Westgate for the last 6 years and have always had a very good stay. In all those times we had one negative experience with the room location which was handled very quickly by the front desk manager. This year we made sure to call ahead and everything was as promised. Yes the place is a little confusing and it takes some getting use to but all the floors and directions are clearly marked outside the elevators and also inside on the control panel. If lost there is always a very friendly staff member who would be willing to point you in the right direction.
Skier services is also a plus and as an owner being able to store your equipment is great. It is delivered to our room when we check in and then valeted to skier services. It is as close to ski in ski out as you can get. If you expect to walk out of your hotel room and put on your skis no, you do have to walk to the lift but the valets take your skis there and take them from you when you unclip at the bottom of the slopes.
This was our first year we were there during Sundance and it was crazy. I know the shuttles were packed and you had to call well in advance. We always rent a car and found even during the festival it was worth having a vehicule, parking in one of the dedicated lots for the SFF and then taking the free buses around the venues.
The units themselves are very nice with a fireplace and balcony (in the A side) and a well equiped kitchen. Pool area and spa are a plus as is the adult only indoor pool, sauna area.
We always look forward to our annual ski trip and to our stay at the Westgate Park City.
PS. Also visit during the summer! Lots to do, everything is a bit cheaper and less crowded.

Had a wonderful trip to Park City at the Westgate. The front desk desk was great at getting us checked into a room where we didn't need the switch out the next day to our two bedroom. Nathan and Carl worked that out even during Sundance! Skier services did a great job with the skis and boots and guest services were always ready to take us wherever with needed to go thanks to Kevin and Stan. The room in the Moose Lodge was wonderful with updated appliances. Great place to stay with kids, they have a indoor outdoor pool and arcade.

My husband and I just returned from a visit to Park City for the Sundance Film Festival, and we stayed at a family timeshare at the Westgate. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we experienced excellent service from all of the staff, including concierge, housekeeping, restaurant servers, and the shuttle drivers. They were all helpful, and some went out of their way to be extra personable. I would especially like to thank Tiffanie and Nicki from the lobby bar for making the last evening with our family so much fun, and Drew for being such a great driver and managing our huge group with such a great sense of humor. You all were wonderful!

Just wanted to make it known that the experience we had at the Westgate Grill was absolutely fantastic!! The ambiance, music entertainment, servers and food was first class. I was able to meet the Manager, Joanne I believe her name was. Her mood and enthusiasm towards customer service really lit up the place. I mentioned to Joanne that my wife wanted to meet the chef who prepared our meals but with the restaurant being so busy we didn't think it would be possible. After we were finished, we were pleasantly approached by Chef Kyle where we thanked him for our perfect meals. If you are in town and want an affordable yet first class meal with excellent customer service, Westgate Grill is the place!
