We stayed for 5-6 days in a dusty condo. Dried flowers everywhere. Carpet was old and desperately needed cleaning. Welcome mat
inside was even dirty. Toilet overflowed during week. Carpet in the bathroom (yes, carpet in the bathroom) was ripped up by maintenance and had to dry with fans, "carpet fresh". Of course, being President's Week, there were no other rooms available around. We tried to make the best of it and open the doors and windows, but after several years in different Park City locations, we won't go back this year. We need to try another place. Sent a note to the hotel online, Silver King managed it. Never heard a word. Even though the location was good. we were
influenced by location and didn't realize those condo's needed so much TLC. We will stay in a hotel next time so we can relax and have a
clean, updated room.

We have been staying here since 1994 for every year. It is a wonderful place. Close to everything and a more home-like atmosphere. Great condos. I would never stay at a small hotel room ever again. Totally worth it!!!!!!!! Room 303 is the best view and best furnishings. GREAT!
