We spent 4 nights at the Galleria Condos and thought they were very adequate. The location, right on Main St, is great, and certainly has more charm and more choice of restaurants, bars, etc than the modern and rather blah Resort Base area.
Our one-bed condo consisted of a bedroom, a large living/dining room, a galley kitchen and a separate bathroom and toilet. We had cable TV and the kitchen was well-supplied with utensils, cutlery and crockery. There is no supermarket in the center of Park City though, which made buying groceries an ordeal. There are two supermarkets that can be reached by free shuttle bus and there is a tiny provision store at the Marriott, but the first option is inconvenient if you don't have a car, and the second very limited and expensive (although it did have the basics of milk, juice, cereal, tea, coffee, etc).
The other slight gripe I had about this property is that to check in/out you have to go to R&R office, which is a 10-min bus or taxi ride away. The staff there were very helpful and allowed us to store our luggage the day we left and change there after skiing, but it wasn't nearly as convenient as an on-site reception desk would have been.
