Stayed in a 1 br unit (314) that had had a new kitchen, 2 32" LCD TVs, DVD player. Nice outdoor heated pool. Free shuttle bus to Deer Valley, Park City, and Canyons stop is across the street.
Definitely comming back here next year.

The original room smelled strange, so they upgraded us when there were no other identical rooms available. This satisfied us. The phone in the new room did not work. Also, he drain in the bath tub would not close completely, so we couldn't take a bath. We mentioned both of these problems right away, but received no assistance with them. We followed up twice about this, but they still did nothing.

Carraige house unit 131 was just recently redone and looks great for a kitchenette. This is a great location and a bus which goes every where we need to go.....

The Carriage House Condos are awful in the summer. The rooms DO NOT have air conditioning. Our room was easily 90 degrees inside. We asked the employee behind the desk if there was a fan we could borrow, there was one sitting 6 ft away from him and he said no. The customer service was awful. Stay away!
