My wife and I had the most pleasant 2 night stay at Peggy's B & B. The room was comfortable, albeit a bit small (like many reasonably priced B&B's, rooms and bathrooms vary in size.) Her place was spotless and casually inviting. She engages with those interested in doing so and gives space to those not inclined to extra conversation. My wife is gluten free, so she made gluten free muffins and a gluten free quiche. Most GF products are close to inedible, but she is an excellent baker and her food was superior. She is a bit of a schlep to Bryce, but not bad at about 20 minutes.
Be aware that the restaurants in the Bryce area are of lower quality. Our best meal was at Cowboy's in Panguitch. Thanks, Peggy
