I travel allover the U.S and i always look for La Quinta. They have nice Comfty Beds, Free Breakfast most of the hotels have Hot Breakfast including this one. and the Internet is compare to none. This one is outstanding in not only service but cleanliness and everything. Keep up the good work guys.

The breakfast was good, but not great. Tasted like cafeteria food. Waffles were the best. The room was clean, but the beds were not so great. We rolled into the middle. The heater, or wall unit, ran non stop. We were not able to just turn it off. Every four minutes it turned on for 30 seconds....all night long. Counter space in bathroom was pretty much obsolete. There was no iron, so I called for one. Got it 36 hours later, after a second phone call. Possibly would stay there again, but no future plans to go to Orem area. We didn't use the pool or exercise room.

Hotel has not been updated since my last review a year ago. Still looking tired and a the carpets look a bit threadbare. Hotel is clean enough, front desk staff OK,.

Rooms are fairly small and sparsly furnished. Beds were comfortable enough but the pillows were lumpy.

Easy access on and off the freeway but they are doing some major roadwork right beside the hotel although it didn't seem that noisy.

Lots of good grassy areas if you are travelling with pets, but no bags provided for waste cleanup.

Breakfast was fairly good with scrambled eggs and sausage, waffles, toast,cereals, etc. Coffee was very poor.

No good eating areas close by, over 1 mile to a couple of fast food joints.

Quality of stay is directly affected by who you have living beside you. This stay the hallway was noisy with kids/adults on a group travel trip but it was quiet after 11pm.

Overall we would stay there again on an overnight stop with no hesitation but I will look at other options.

One other thing, they slip the bill under the door and if you dial 0 for express check out the cleaning staff think you have left the room, don't call until you are ready to leave.

This hotel reminds me of a great aunt that you like to visit, but whose home decor, clothes, and perfume are are perpetually 20 years out of date. It's clean and comfortable and very affordable. However the TV's are fairly outdated CRT's, the decor is nice but feels like it's out of the 90's, and there's an ever-so-slight 20 year old mustiness (very slight). But the king sized room was relatively huge with a nice writing desk and plenty of walking space.

Really it's quite incredible that you can get a room like this for < $70 nowadays. I felt comfortable and safe and would certainly stay here again. Also (breaking with my great aunt analogy) the free wifi was excellent!
