For a 3 diamond hotel, it lives up to the standard. We prefer this Hampton hotel to the Marriott in Provo.

The only downside to staying here is Everything at the time of this review is under construction. I-15, the University Ave interchange, and the hotel is being updated. The hotel construction is no be deal unless you love to hang out in the lobby.

Stay here, its a great value.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Orem for 5 days. It is in a convenient location close to many businesses and restaurants. The hotel was very quiet, the room very clean and comfortable. I especially love that they clean the duvet covers on the beds. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on in any hotel. I would like to have had room service but there was a hot breakfast buffet, a snack room in the lobby, and complimentary newspapers each morning that was nice. The front desk staff were all exceptionally nice and helpful. They have begun an extensive renovation of the front lobby but everyone was very accomodating in seeing that it was not an inconvenience to walk around in. I personally liked the lodge/fireplace decor much better than the new updates that were being made, but I heard they were making all the hotels look more similar. One negative would be that there were not enough TV channels, or maybe they just didn't have the ones I wanted.

We booked multiple rooms and had each group had a great experience. The rooms were all clean and spacious. We had a great time! The pool was great to relax after a busy day and the hot breakfast that was served every morning was amazing!

I have had several opportunities to visit BYU for football games and alumni meetings. I have always stayed at the Hampton Inn in Orem because it is close to the interstate and very convenient when I want to travel up the road to SLC and Ogden to visit all of the relatives. I recently stayed for a BYU Management Society meeting and 1/2 of the sessions were up in Aspen Grove, so a hotel in Provo was not that much better. It also seems to be a pretty good deal compared to places in Provo, I guess you are paying for proximity to campus? It’s a very nice Hampton Inn – clean and great breakfast too.
