My husband I wanted to have a night to ourselves for our anniversary and made a reservation in the King Suite with jacuzzi tub. The room was spacious, well-decorated, very clean and EXACTLY what we had hoped it would be. We were pleasantly suprised at how good the breakfast was in the morning. The staff were quick and friendly and we will most definitely return when we need a night away.

Our one night tuned into four nights due to weather. VERY comfortable and spacious rooms, we had our 2 dogs and everyone was happy. Great staff and super location to the interstate and amenities. Will stay here again!

This hotel is an excellent value. The property is clean, well maintained, and in general deserves high marks in all but one area, which is breakfast. As is in keeping with most BW properties the breakfast selection is not interesting or tasty.
We only stayed at this motel so I can't comment on it's closeness to attractions. It is close to the freeway on I-15S. However, this is our second stay in two years and both times we have found the rooms clean, well maintained and there is evidence of upgrading.
In my opinion, this is the standard that BW should shoot for.

From being a Front Desk Clerk at the Best Western in Elko, Nevada, I knew what I was going to get, and that was EXCELLENCE! The hotel staff was just awesome, the room they gave us was the most amazing room I have ever been in. The bed was really comfortable, room was clean, bathroom just lovely! When ever I go to Salt Lake, you can bet that I will be staying at this hotel again. Thank you Best Western Plus for making my stay while my grandpa was in the hospital great for me! (stayed two nights)

This was truly a night of no room in the Inn, yet the staff stayed friendly and helpful to everyone that crossed their threshold.
We arrived on December 1st, the day after a big snow storm that had knocked out power for the entire region. When we arrived there were 3 desk clerks on staff assisting guest. The phone rang numerous times with people seeking logging for the night. Each time it was answered quickly and the staff informed the caller of hotels in the area that still had rooms available. The staff had even printed maps with the information about other hotels in the area for people that were stopping in to check on availability.
The front desk supervisor even assisted an elderly couple with their luggage and helped them get settled.
What was more amazing was that we were using our Best Western reward points to pay for our stay and they had held our room even when they could have given it to another traveler.
The Breakfast area was well stocked and not crowed even with a full hotel.
We will stay here again!
