First of all, the staff at this hotel are very friendly. This is a smaller hotel with one staff member wearing three hats at once. I have to give them credit as we were treated very well.
However, this is not a full three star hotel. More like a 2.5. So if you are used to hotels like Hyatt Place, Radisson, Hilton Garden Inn etc and those are your minimal star level, this place is not for you. The rooms are outdated and just didn't seem to be as clean as they should be. The rooms on the lower level have a lot of floor noise from the guests above. Try to book the third floor.
The hotel is in a good location and a grocery store etc. is nearby. I don't think I would stay there again, but my opinion is only due to the room cleanliness and certainly has nothing to do with the performance of the desk staff.
