I love the Crystal Inn! The location is excellent for shopping Nordstroms, heading to the canyons, dining anywhere in the valley, or visiting museums and galleries. I love that you can have complimentary breakfast and dinner in the hotel if you are too tired to go out. I love the weight room and clean pool and hot tub. The staff is charming and cheerful. Parking is easy and painless. The rooms are roomy and pleasant. For a moderately priced hotel the Crystal Inn has it all. i've tried almost every hotel in Salt Lake but I always return to my all time favorite, the locally owned and operated Crystal Inn.

We stayed here near where we were picking up an RV the next day since all of the hotels near the airport were full, and were really glad we did. Price was very reasonable, and included free shuttle from the airport, free shuttle to our nearby destination, and a free full breakfast. Staff was super friendly, and room was quiet, clean and decently sized. Not fancy, but more than adequate for the price. The breakfast was a full breakfast - bacon, eggs, hash browns, etc - not the pre-packaged danishes some of the other chains give out as a free breakfast. Will look for Crystal Inns next time we're out west.

We were given a 2nd floor room with a king bed. It had a little partition separating the sitting area. A/C was a little noisy. We could hear people walking above us, so if you're a light sleeper, you should request for a top floor. Room was clean, front desk was friendly. We were pleasantly surprised that they offered dinner, which consisted of salad, chicken pot pie and lemonade. Also, the morning breakfast was more than adequate, with eggs, sausages, potatoes, fruits, and all sorts of bread, bagels, cereal, coffee, vanilla and mocha coffee, 3 different kind of juices, it was great!

This hotel was excellent, clean, and comfortable. For the price we paid at other places along the way, this was definitely the best deal we found. Breakfast was excellent too, and included a large variety of foods. We didn't try their dinner, but it was free too. Pool and spa and everything else were equally nice. Service at the front desk was exceptionally good.
