“A pleasant evening at the Oak Tree Inn. . .”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 August 2010

Made reservations here as a midway point between Zion National Park and Great Basin National Park. This area is wide open country and our night's stay at Oak Tree Inn was very pleasant. Features: two double beds, very well equipped exercise room, jacuzi/hot tub, satellite TV and Penny's Diner right next door. We enjoyed two great meals, dinner and breakfast the following morning (breakfast coupons included with room charge).

“Great Motel in Small Town”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 June 2010

I stayed in the Oak Tree visiting friends in 2007 and 2008. I was amazed at how nice, clean and quiet a motel could be in a small town like Milford. It is located on a hill with nice views and far from the train tracks so it is quiet. The diner is superb and you can eat anytime, and the coupons are a nice touch to a wonderful stay. The rooms are very clean and have a recliner, space, and all the conveniences you need, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. One of the best motels I have ever stayed at. I've booked a week with them for July 2010 and look forward to a great stay again.

“Stunning location and an oasis of calm after a long drive”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 May 2010

It's a shame the old Milford Hotel has been closed for a few years, as it looks like it used to have a lot of character. Nevertheless, the Oak Tree, on the edge of town, is spotlessly clean with a 24 hour diner on site. Far-reaching views in any direction - my advice for anyone on the interstate is to drive an extra half hour to Milford and stay here! In an area of few towns, this town is 'convenient' for Great Basin and the Utah National Parks.

“Clean rooms, great food, fantastic service!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 July 2009

We broke down in the Utah desert and found this hotel as we finally . made it to the nearest town (Milford). Everyone was so hospitable even at midnight and the food at the 24 hour diner was great. Westayed at a lot of very expensive hotels and must say that this hotel is possibly one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at. The room had everything one would need for a comfortable nights stay including a mini refrigerator, microwave, and iron. The room price also came with two coupons for breakfast at the diner. So if you are ever in Milford our break down there, fear not, there is a civilized place to stay here called the Oak Tree Inn!
