We were okay with the hotel just because it was located near our family that live in Utah....but we would not have chose that hotel if we had paid regular price. We only have 4 people in our family...& kept getting 3 towels...so we had to keep asking for an extra one. Which made us feel the front desk clerk was annoyed with us. Then the breakfast was below standard...since we couldn't eat the waffles cuz they are made with white flour...and my kids & I have allergies. We also asked for the cinnamon muffins which we had eaten the day before...since the others had nuts...but she told us the ones we asked for were out. Then we had wanted more juice & ran back down an hour after & there were some of the muffins out that we had asked for. I think that the rooms aren't as bad as some hotels...but when you have family come over...there isn't much seating. And the showers are terrible with the pressure of water...either to hard or not enough. The hot tub was awful to be in since the chlorine smell was so strong...& caused me to get a migraine. Also, there were some front desk clerks who were friendly...but some acted annoyed with any questions we asked. And the lobby was pretty nice...except it was as cold as being outside in the snow. I think we will stay there again as long as we can get the cheaper rate for sure.
