Whenever I stay in the same place for a number of days, I always find it pleasant to have a room that includes a separate bedroom and living area. That way I have a place to relax besides on top of my bed. This hotel in suburban Salt Lake fits the bill. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, and it is close to the interstate system, so you can get anywhere in the city in 20 minutes or less. This is an average suite hotel. The rooms are somewhat small, but still offer plenty of room for 1 or 2 people to spend several days in. The room was a little dark, but it was on the northeast side of the property. I’m sure the southern facing rooms offer more. There are 2 small TVs in each suite – one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The kitchen offers a small fridge, stove an microwave. The furnishings are up to date and a little bit above average. The free breakfast with the room offered a nice selection, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I have to say about the property is the lack of wireless internet access in the room. They had wired, but in this new age of iphones, ipads, and other wireless products, wireless in the rooms would be a huge improvement! I read other reviews about noise at this hotel, but we had none of that during our stay. It’s a quiet hotel, with a convenient suburban location.

We stayed here with our toddlers for my in-laws anniversary party in a 1 bedroom suite. The room was reasonably well maintained with a large bedroom to accommodate our request for cribs/pack'n'plays. There was a ceiling fan in the bedroom if you don't like to use the AC. There were flat panel TVs in the bedroom and living room. I found the free internet to be on the slower side even late at night. There was an indoor pool which I hoped to use with the kids but our schedule ended up not permitting. There was ample parking and appeared to be in a safe area. The breakfast was probably the biggest disappointment of our stay. Having stayed at other extended stay hotels, I found the selections to be limited and the service time to be rushed. If you arrived close to the end of the breakfast and manager's reception, you were pretty much out of luck. There always seemed to be a rush for the staff to clear all of the food items at the exact time the meal service ends. At other hotels, the staff seemed to be more considerate when guests arrive towards the end, whether it is to inquire if we would like more of the food before they cleared it or if just to give us some time before they cleared out the trays. One nice touch the hotel did have was warm baked cookies in the evening at the front desk. I'm not sure if this is provided everynight as we only came back early one night.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite in the second floor.The room was clean, comfy and offered privacy for everyone. Breakfast was great and the dining area was clean. Good location and great staff.

My family stayed here for about 4 days. It was nice; however, the 'complimentary' breakfast was not very organized. They kept running out of food and when they did refill, it was gone after 2 people served themselves. Also, for some strange reason, the water in our shower was very wierd. The water was either very hot or very cold, it wouldn't stay any where in the middle.
