We stayed in this motel on our way from Grand Teton to southwestern Utah national parks. The room was very spacious, nice and rather clean. The lady at the front desk was very nice and the greatest thing about this hotel is the price which includes breakfast plus a discount to a great diner located 3 blocks away.

I stayed here twice on a recent hiking trip. The first night, I stayed in a two-queen room with a one-person whirlpool. This room, which was located right above the front desk area, was very nice, with newer carpet and better-than-average furnishings. The second night, which was not planned in advance, this room was unavailable. Instead, I stayed in a regular two-queen room. After the first stay, the second room was somewhat disappointing. The carpet was worn, furnishings were dated and the entire room had an older, more basic feel. Cleanliness was fine, but the quality was just acceptable, unlike the first room, which was a very good experience. I would only stay here again if I was sure that I was getting one of the better rooms.

The quality of the service saved this review from being only a "1". It is a lower end hotel, and I was fine with that and the reasonable price, but I hardly could sleep for being miserable throughout the night.

When we walked in the room, it was 90 degrees, even hotter than the temperature outside. Apparently, we were in one of the older buildings with a consolidated air conditioning system to be shared by all rooms. (The newer building had individual A/C units?) Because it had been judged to have been unseasonably cool weather, they hadn't turned on the A/C. The friendly staff provided a fan, but it only helped so much and the noise was an added annoyance. I maybe managed 3 hours of sleep, and this was before an all-day bike ride. I was already exhausted when the alarm went off in the morning.

As far as the price went (around $100), that's the going price for most of the hotels in the area. Next time I'm in Logan, I'll be staying elsewhere.

Feb 21, we arrived in Logan, with reservations at the Quality inn. Our car suffered a major breakdown, and that started the outstanding customer service. We arrived at the hotel on the back of a flat bed tow truck, now stranded without our car on a sunday night. The staff recommended restaurants, opened their breakfast room for paper plates and utensils, extra ice buckets, ect. Monday morning we arranged to have our car towed again the the gm dealer for repairs, at this point the management kindly extended our checkout until 3:00pm. Our car could not be repaired that quick, so we registered for another night. Once again, the staff brought extra linens, offered to stay late to clean our rooms,( we had 2) extra room coffee, and even offered to chauffuer us around Logan.
After constant contact with the GM dealership, we were told it would be at least 3-4 pm
until we were repaired, Again, Brian Ogden and the staff extended our checkout to 3:00pm. We got on our way tuesday by 3:30. In our fast paced world, it was wonderful to be treated like people and not just a number on a computer. The service shown to us relieved so much of the stress, as we were there in the first place for a 89th birthday celebration, and we had the guest of honor with us. Once again, Brian Ogdan and the entire staff made his birthday one he enjoyed and will not soon forget!!! THANK YOU!!!
