I had a conference to attend in Logan and this was one of the cheapest rooms I could find. I wish I would have spent a little more money. The lady at the front desk was not real friendly; she pointed out where everything was on a map, and stuck it out for me to take. I wouldn't have called down for her to help me out had I needed anything else. I didn't enjoy the layout of the room, what little space there was had been used oddly. The fridge and microwave were stacked on top of one another on the floor by a scratchy chair and a table. The room did seem to be fairly clean, but worn out and cheap. TV is old and small. The room was quiet, but there only seemed to be 3 or 4 other guests staying at the hotel, and it seemed like it might get noise if it were at full capacity. Bed was okay, breakfast in the morning was okay. If you're on a budget, then the place is okay. I would go somewhere else next time for a little more friendly and less run-down feeling place.

I made a hotel reservation at super 8 in Logan, Utah on the 16th of December on the internet. I checked my online bank statement and the pricing was different from what was quoted to me on the super 8 website. I called the super 8 motel in logan and spoke with Alisha. She said reservations would be cancelled while I was on the phone with her. Mean while my bank account still shows the amount charged. I called back the next day to the Super 8 in Logan, Utah. They told me then that they could not cancel my reservation and they could not provide me with the refund promised in the earlier call. They refered me to [--]. I spoke with a very rude csr. She transferred me back to the local Super 8 motel in Logan. The same person answered that had referred me to the national reservations number. They again refused to refund the money that they fraudulantly took from my account. I called back to the toll free number listed above. The same lady answered and was very rude to me. She refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I gave her my contact information to give to a supervisor. She told me she did not know if one would call me back. I waited two hours and recieved no phone call. I called back to the toll free number. The same person answered the phone. She didn't have records of me calling to speak with a supervisor. I gave her my information again and I hung up with still no resolution. Then I recieved a call from a person name Patty stating that she was with Super 8 motel and she was a supervisor. She cut me off and would let me speak. She was very rude and kept on saying she "did not understand". The only clear statement I got from her is that she would not help me. I have also contacted my bank to report fraud. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SUPER 8 MOTEL. They have a history of fraud. Read all the post please.

We stayed at this hotel because it was the only available room in Logan for the night. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice it was for the price. The room was not fancy but it was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub are nicely maintained. Because of the time of year, we were able to sleep without the fan running (cracked a window instead). I think the outdated window fan would have been a noise issue if we had needed to use it while sleeping. Other than that, I wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

On a theme park road trip coast to coast for 3 weeks Aug / Sep 2008. All hotels for the trip were chosen using Trip Advisor comments and prices – selecting the best value for money for the trip.

This hotel is not very clean. The room carpet had a 2-inch dust border where the vacuum cleaner didn’t reach without attachment. Towels were old. The room next to us had very noisy hinges on the door, and they were up early, but unlike most folk, they probably went in and out 30 times in as many minutes. This was the only day on the trip we had the opportunity for a lye-in, but couldn’t. No sugar available for breakfast and no trash can in breakfast room for clearing away after yourself. Do yourselves a favour and pay a little extra to stay in Logan.

We're glad we stayed here as it showed us that all other selections were good choices.
