We stayed Sept. 17, 2011. The front desk clerk was fabulous. He let us check in early, even ran down to make sure the room was ready. The room was clean; and since this a a completely smoke free hotel, everything smelled clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable. one note, this hotel is a little far out of town, so be prepared for that. Over all I would highly recommend this hotel. Make sure you flip the sitch by the door so the electricity for the fridge comes on!!!!

We stayed in a queen room with fold out couch with two doggies. The room was large and the pictures on the Comfort Inn website was pretty accurate. Everything in the room was clean when we arrived. The only thing we noticed that concerned us was the side "secured" entrance was constantly propped open by a trashcan. We even moved the trashcan off to the side in order to shut the security door, but an hour later, the door was propped open again. Another gripe was that the landscaping maintenance had not been worked on and there were weeds and overgrowth everywhere. The staff at the hotel was very friendly though. We would actually stay there when we pass through again.

Had to call from lobby phone to get someone to check us in; room was on second floor and there isn't an elevator; hot tub appears to have been drained for quite some time and when we asked about it there was no indication it was ever going to be working again. Had to go outside ot get to the indoor pool. Ice machine wasn't working. Paint on toilets is bubbling and chipping off in places. Busy highway noise came through window all night long; Ice machine wasn't working. Odd smells throughout.

This was a very nice, quiet, clean, newer hotel that we will be sure to stay in again if we pass through that area. The only complaint was that the internet signal was not strong enough in the room for our computer to log on--we had to sit out in the hallway to use it. Other wise--great hotel.
