We spent a week in Lehi on business, and chose to stay at this Springhill because of its proximity to the office. Check-in was fine and efficent. The rooms are "suites", but fairly cramped for space. I have been in Super 8 motels with more square footage. The room was clean and the maid service was excellent. My main complaints with the hotel were around the very slow internet connections. The wi-fi was extremely slow and the hardwire available in the room was not much better. They need to upgrade their bandwidth. The hotel was also fairly noisy due to a local soccer tournament. This is not the fault of the hotel, but the doors are very loud and the walls are somewhat thin. The window shades also generally did not block out enough light which is a problem on the non-freeway side as there are flood lights illuminated all night long (according to a colleague staying on that side). The noise from the interstate on the other side of the hotel is also a bit lout. The elevator is very slow, and the stairs are only available at the end of the hallways. The exercise room only has three machines, and they are not fully functional. The breakfast was a standard with hot options as well as cold, and exceeded what most hotels offer. We will probably look into another property on our next trip.
