I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Our family had three rooms here over the Christmas weekend and our stay was excellent and memorable.

The rooms were very clean which, for me, is always the most important aspect of a hotel.

The complimentary breakfast was standard but the food was good and the choices were very nice.

This was the first time that I've ever really spent time sitting in a hotel lobby but, with a family of seven, it was nice to have a gathering place. The lobby was very nice and beautifully decorated for Christmas.

Every member of the staff we interacted with was great and even those working on Christmas day had a great, pleasant attitude.

If I had to list one complaint, it would be over the fact that there was no Internet service in the business center the entire weekend. But, the staff was more than willing to let us use their computer.

I just wanted to take a few moments of your time to tell you how wonderfull I think this Holiday Inn is. My husband and I like to do our annual night away from the kids, one night a month our "staycation". I just wanted you to be aware that the main reason's we come to this particular one, is not just for the cleanliness of the rooms, or the always fresh continental breakfast,or the extremly personable staff. At this particular location the staff will go out of their way to make you FEEL that you are a valuable customer. As a matter of fact,we were chosen the guests of the day by your front desk greeter Ron, who should be recognized because he is always so friendly.I sincerely hope you let the manager of this particular location know what a wonderful job he is doing. When our family comes to town please know that they definetly will stay here because we wouldn't consider anywhere else. Thank you for your time, Micaela Gonzalez

First time towing a trailer and it's amazing how few hotels have sufficient space in parking lots for anything but cars. This HI Express was one of the few we found that could take the rig. Pleasantly surprised by friendliness and efficiency of desk staff, walked in and got good rate just by asking. Also got top-floor room. Room was clean and well-furnished, pool and spa great, breakfast very good. Handy for restaurants. Beds comfortable and came with pillows marked "hard" and "soft". We were there on a night not one of the happy hours, can't comment.

The first room I got was non smoking but it smelled very strong of smoke. They were very nice and changed rooms for me. The second was was better and did not smell. The room is ok for a business trip - I won't be here long and I am not footing the bill. Most of the furniture here I would not even by at a garage sale. But alas I am in Layton Utah - What did I really expect.
