Stayed two nights in September 2011, good price, clean rooms and very helpful staff. A great location for us to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks.

We needed a room in kanab, and had not made reservations. We checked at the Best western. The rooms were nice but the cleaner they used left a strong odor and were priced at one fifteen per night. The Treasure Trail Motel was right across the street so we checked there. It was clearly a stylish motel in it's day... But the room smelled OK and the price was nearly half that of the Best western. I had my best nights sleep in days. The King sized bed was very flat and even without being too hard. The wireless internet and flat screen TV worked well, but there was only fruit and coffee for breakfast (I am getting used to free breakfast everywhere). But we did get a discount of 10cents per gallon of gas at a nearby filling station.
If we ever pass that way again, we'll surely stay there. A true value.
The lady that managed the place was super pleasant let us check out the room before making our decision.

Stayed at the Treasure Trail for the Trip Advisor Kanab Meet-up October 21-23. The hotel is an older place, but has been remodeled inside with new carpet and tile and a big flat screen tv.The beds were very comfortable, and the room was very clean.
The location was great for my weekend trip. Right across the street from the Rockin V, and walking distance from every place I needed to go.
The front desk people were friendly, and if I ever stay in Kanab again,I would certainly put this place at the top of my list.

We have stayed here 4 times in 3 years, in both the older rooms, and the new, updated ones. The old rooms had an vintage feel; not fancy, but affordable, and met our needs. True, the beds in the old rooms needed to be replaced, which they have done now. We have 2 dogs, and appreciated that we could walk them in an area so near to our room. Last week, we stayed in a remodelled room, and really enjoyed the flat-screen TV, large COMFORTABLE beds, fridge with freezer, double sinks, table and chairs, and microwave. We saved a lot of money by eating in our room rather than dining out. There is a convenient laundry room, and Betty in the office treated us like family.
