We stopped here on our way down to Tucson and a week later on our way back home. Both times worked out great. The staff at the front desk were very friendly both times. The pool is wonderful, indoors, (which is unique to this area), especially after driving all day long. The pool is heated, and there is a spa right next to the pool. So mom can relax in spa while kids play in pool. The breakfast was wonderful with pancakes, biscuits/gravy, juices, cinnamon rolls, yogurt, cereal, bagels, etc. The room was good sized and very clean. The beds were very comfortable, and they have a combination of pillows on your bed that are marked, "firm" and "soft." So you have a choice. The bathroom was clean and also roomy. The decor is cute throughout the hotel. Great place to stay in Kanab!

Nothing fancy, but good, clean place to stay in Kanab. Rates are very reasonable and they allow pets so if you are visiting Best Friends you can bring animals for overnights.
They offer a breakfast buffet, which is pretty much the standard for this type of hotel. The dining room is nicer than some. The room is open all day and is a nice place to sit and eat take out, rather than in your room. The rooms aren't large, but have all of the standard amenities. Our room didn't have a refrigerator, which I would have prefered. Some rooms have refrigerators but they are few and far between.
The pool and spa facility are adequate. They are indoors, which I found pleasant in the evening. We were there in the Fall and being outside at night would have been pretty chilly.
There is a coin op laundry available. It seemed to be tidy and well maintained.
The staff was mostly pleasant, although there was a mix up with a late check out that we had arranged. The person who contacted us was unaware of the arrangements and she did not have her best "customer service" attitude with her, but overall we found the staff friendly and helpful.

We stayed there a few nights to use it as base to explore Bryce, Zion and the North Rim of Grand Canyon. We got a free upgrade to a suite which was very spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast is quite basic but you can grab a coffee and a toast before heading off to the parks. It is served in the TV/common area downstairs.

Kanab itself is not really exciting with a few places to go for dinner mainly oriented for the tourists. However, it is a good base to explore the area.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The front desk girl was absolutely helpful with the issues we had. Free breakfast in the morning. This place is central placed if traveling to Zion Park, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon North Rim, Horseshoe Bend Page AZ. Also, around the place there are the Pink Dunes and Best Friend Angels place (largest pet cemetery in the world).
