I travel very often in last 20 years around the states. This is the most terrible place I ever stayed.
On expedia, its rating is 2-stars, one night double bed $71.
Here is what you get:
all towels are black and dirty, smell badly;
some towels even has blood (from nose seemingly) on it;
pillow cases were not changed, you find hair, dirty mark on them;
no cold water, only boiling hot water, so can not take shower;
greasy and extremely dirty carpet, hard to tell the original color;
spider net hangs on ceiling;
dust everywhere (we had to clean the head board and table ourselves with the dirty towel);
no telephone in the room;
no alarm clock in the room;
3 out of 4 lamps did not have bulb in it;

we stayed here because it is on our way back to colorado, and we spent our new year eve there, we thought about try to get refund and find another place... but did not want to bring trouble to anyone... but others need to know this is a place you will regret if you stay here.

We needed a quick overnight en route to Moab, so we ended up here (can't see paying more than $50/night in Green River). I wish we had paid more - this place is pretty dismal. The first thing that hits you is the smell of Lemon Pledge - and I mean OVERWHELMING smell - when you enter your room. It was obvious that housekeeping used it on every surface, although there is nothing made of wood in the room! I was able to breathe only by opening the window and turning the fan on high. The bathroom was a disaster. The shower head sprayed everywhere but into the tub and the drain was thoroughly clogged - ankle deep water a few minutes into the shower. The bedding was threadbare and cheap. Morning coffee was weak and lukewarm. We were very glad to get the heck outta Dodge in the morning!

I am so happy we only had to spend one night here. The hallways are claustrophic and smelly (tobacco smell and who knows what else), the hotel book shows the hotel built in 1985 and not updated and it shows!
The carpet is tired and gross, i was afraid to take off my shoes in the room. The rooms are very small, 2 double beds with hardly any room to walk around. The bathrooms are old. The sheets were clean and nice though. I would stay somewhere else!
