The Clerk (Owner) is downright creepy. 2nd flr. hall lights were off to save money. We hoped other cars would show up. Stay away. The "Ramada" name does not mean quality, never again in any Ramada if that is how they regulate their owners. Stay in Grand Junction, CO instead, stay out of this town!

The owner is a crook. He charged our credit card without our authorization for a wrong amount. The rooms are filthy and the service is terrible.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!

Arriving New Years evening the reason to book this motel for more than 50$ in a living ghosttown (where most places were at this time 29$) was the advertising indoor pool and hot tub.
When checking in I asked about that because of bad experiences before. The clerk told me the indoor pool was broken and closed, with the hot tub they had difficulties as well. The clerk checked again the tub and told it stayed cold. We cancelled the reservation, got a cancellation number and the promise not get booked something from CreditCard and went to another place. At home we found our CC charged even we did not get a room key.
An addition: even on that day you could read the advertising on their homepage and in big letters outside the property about the indoor pool and hot tub.

I reserved two rooms for four people. they only had one of the reservations...no big deal. I'm a AAA member and requested a AAA discount. he reluctantly gave me the discount. after asking for the discount for the other room he said no, you can't get a discount for that room with the same AAA card. my friend said " I'm a AAA member", but I don't have my card with me. the clerk then asked if he knew his AAA number. who the hell knows their AAA number? my friend said no, but before he could say it's in my car the clerk shouted "your a liar" and I mean shouted! he then called us all liars at which point I had to walk away. it was 8pm at the time and the hotel parking lot was almost empty when all the other hotels in the area looked mostly occupied. I now know why. you will be treated like crap if you stay here. motel 6 is across the street with very friendly staff and nice rooms! you can have nice clean rooms, but it doesn't mean a thing if you don't have any customer service skills at all! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!
