“Do Not Stay Here”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 December 2011

We made reservations for a room with two queen beds. Upon arriving we were told they only had a room with 2 full beds because the maid didn't show up. There was NOTHING good about this place - and we were the only people staying here (the neighboring hotels had lots of cars in their parking lot). They advertise a hot tub and the manager said he would turn it on but even after 15 hours it was not hot. Not time for breakfast yet (which they also advertise)...but honestly I think I'd be afraid to eat it!!!! There are several other hotels in Green River and I strongly recommend you choose one of them.

“Rude staff- should have heeded the reviews!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 October 2010

En route from Colorado to California, traveling with another family, we decided to call it a night in Green River, UT. I called a friend to look online to see what our options were and to get phone numbers to call from my cell. The least expensive looked to be the Ramada Inn, right next door to the Comfort Inn and across the street from the Holiday Inn Express which were both more expensive. As we were only sleeping and having breakfast before getting on the road, I called the Ramada and got a desk person who told me he had rooms available and confirmed a rate before insisting I provide my credit card information despite being 10-15 minutes away. I then called the Comfort Inn, where the desk person happily said she'd hold two rooms for us- no problem. She even said she could meet the Hotels.com rate which was lower than what she was going to quote. I immediately called the Ramada back and when I asked to cancel the reservation I'd just made he yelled "CANCELLED!" into the phone and hung up on me. Needless to say, I'm glad I made the decision to stay next door. Next time I'll believe the negative online reviews and not be so cheap!

“If you are on a budget - this is ok”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 June 2010

We wanted to stay at Super8 in Moab, but it was fully booked. This hotel is much cheaper and looked better than the Super8. Rooms were big and clean. Don't expect to be on Hilton, but for the price this will work.

“Upsetting to my daughter and myself”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 March 2010

MY Daughter and I had made reservations a month in advance. When we arrived we were told that we had canceled the reservation on line. This was not true. We called the 800 number and that person told us that the motel had canceled the reservation the day before. The manager not only lied to us he was also rude to us. I would never stay in this motel again.

“Nothing fancy but clean and relatively cheap”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 May 2009

We were traveling to Arches National Park from Salt Lake City airport. Since everything in Moab was overpriced we decided to save some money and stayed half the way in Green River, UT during first night in Utah. The hotel was nothing fancy. But it was clean. The bed was clean, the sheets were quite new, the bathroom was clean. It seemed though that the pillows and mattress were covered with some sort of protective plastic cover. It is quite quiet. There were fridge, microwave and TV in the room. There was a free breakfast, but very modest (several hard boiled eggs, waffles, bread, cookies). This is not my type of breakfast so we ended up eating elsewhere. And it was half the price than the cheapest motel in Moab. So it was a good deal.
