I've stayed at this property twice on a recent trip through Utah. Front desk staff are personable, providing a good first impression of this property. For this stay, we were offered a handicapped room as there were no other rooms with a king size bed. We found two major issues with this room. First, the bed had a significant slope to the center. So much so that you roll to the middle no matter where you begin your sleep. Upon further investigation, I found both center frame supports had collapsed prior to our stay. Second, there was a large area of carpet near the nightstand that was extremely "sticky". I placed a towel on top of the carpet to keep my socks from being pulled off. I hazard to guess what caused this sticky mess. Frankly, I'd rather not think about it.
Both issues were mentioned to the front desk staff upon checkout. We received a sincere "sorry about that" and that was all that was said.
As others have mentioned, the towels are noticeably tattered. The grey tinge along with long threads hanging off the ends don't leave you with a sense cleanliness. Especially when you pay $100 + per night. I expect better from this property.
Breakfast was ok. Staff were friendly. I'm on the fence about staying here again. Would consider staying at another property but I understand this property is the best Green River has to offer in this price range.
