We were exhausted from a 8 hour drive from Colorado, my copilot was extremley sick with the flu and all we wanted was a clean room and internet, which this place promised to deliver.

We checked in and went to our room. The beds looked like someone had already spent some nights in the sheets. The internet did not work properly, there were major service outages. I work online and depend on this. ALSO: the door was not lockable, anyone could just push it open from the outside. Another minus in my book: You cannot open the windows, only the noisy fan/ac/heater machine will bring air circulation.

We waited for an hour for the promised "maintenance man" to fix our door. nothing happened. We decided to leave. The manager offered us a 50percent discount which we did not want to settle for since we were not given the advertised amentities offered and hence had to leave. Even a phone call to the manager/owner Mr. Kim who barely understood English, helped anything. I am going to contact the franchise operator directly and complain. We only spent 2 hours at this faulty property and yet had to pay half the rate, 45 USD.

Conclusion: Don't stay here, the entire place is outdated, there are white flakes of pool insulation/lining lying around the pool area.
This place will not get you your money's worth!

I was waiting to move into a nearby apartment and I was staying there for 1 month and the housemaids were rude and threw my clothes across the room. Not only that I had to go to Vegas on a business trip and told the front desk that I'd be gone for a few day and that I still wanted to keep the room so I'd even pay for the nights I was gone. When I came back there was a nasty note on the door telling me to come talk to the front desk. They told me to make up my mind whether I want to stay there or not and the front desk clerk was very rude about it so I checked out.

We booked a 3 bed suite 2 months in advance of our stay. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the previous guest had elected to stay an extra night and we couldn't have the room. We ended up cramming our family of 6 into a regular 2 bed room. We should have just moved on to another hotel, but didn't want to take time out to find a new hotel when the kids were needing to be our of the car. What a terrible way to provide customer service.

We stayed at this motel for a weekend while visiting friends in Draper and the clerk was very short with us when we checked in, Even though we were the only people checking in at the time.He was apparently there by himself & was overworked. When we got to our room it was very small & crowded. There was no fan in the bathroom. It was dingy & old. The hottub was not hot the night we arrived, although it was the second night. The free breakfast was OK.
