I was waiting to move into a nearby apartment and I was staying there for 1 month and the housemaids were rude and threw my clothes across the room. Not only that I had to go to Vegas on a business trip and told the front desk that I'd be gone for a few day and that I still wanted to keep the room so I'd even pay for the nights I was gone. When I came back there was a nasty note on the door telling me to come talk to the front desk. They told me to make up my mind whether I want to stay there or not and the front desk clerk was very rude about it so I checked out.

We booked a 3 bed suite 2 months in advance of our stay. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the previous guest had elected to stay an extra night and we couldn't have the room. We ended up cramming our family of 6 into a regular 2 bed room. We should have just moved on to another hotel, but didn't want to take time out to find a new hotel when the kids were needing to be our of the car. What a terrible way to provide customer service.

We stayed at this motel for a weekend while visiting friends in Draper and the clerk was very short with us when we checked in, Even though we were the only people checking in at the time.He was apparently there by himself & was overworked. When we got to our room it was very small & crowded. There was no fan in the bathroom. It was dingy & old. The hottub was not hot the night we arrived, although it was the second night. The free breakfast was OK.

i have to start this by saying that my wife and i have stayed at a
number of H I Es in the past and have had some very nice rooms with very good service but this place needs some work
had problems with ;
-heater/ac unit very load had to turn off to sleep.
-crumbs left on the floor between the beds
-batteries in remote were dead, front desk supplied new ones.
-one mattress was in really rough shape,major sagging
-this was a smoking room w/o ash trays when my wife went to
the front desk she was told they didnt know where they were or
how to get any.
the stay at this H I E was not a good experience.
