Ruby's Inn is located in the best entry spot into Bryce Naitonal Park. It has a good restaurant and other hotel amenitities. We were there in January and the temperatures were in the low 20s. There were very few people visiting the Park. We had lots of sunshine for this time of year. Most of the Park and some of the trails were open. We were driving from California so I would suggest if you can travel at that time of year and check the weather for sunny conditions to see the Park in January. The hotel rates were low and very few visitors. The scenery was awesome!

Stayed here whilst visiting Bryce Canyon. The restaurant was extremely good value and the staff were all incredibly welcoming and full of good advice. My hairdryer stopped working and within minutes a member of staff brought up a new one to our room - what brilliant service

The location is good, the rooms are fine and a good size - everything else is poor. The reviews on here should be a warning!
The food is terrible, and there is nothing nearby - we ended up opting for a takeout pizza from their pizza place and even that was only average.
They swipe your credit card, like other hotels on arrival. INSIST they do not do this. Depsite my hotel being paid in advance, and me handing my voucher over, my credit card was debited for an overnight stay. I am still liaising with my credit card company who have still not been refunded by Ruby's Inn.
Bryce Canyon is one of my lives most memorable experiences. Ruby's Inn is too, for the total opposite reason. Choose somewhere else.

We stayed at Ruby's Inn as part of our honeymoon roadtrip in December 2011. The location is fantastic, only a few minutes drive to the park entrance. We'd describe our experience as average although you couldn't fault the friendliness of the reception desk and the room was clean and comfy enough - just an average motel room really. The food in the restaurant wasn't great (as we were there in December nowhere else was open so we didn't have any other choice), breakfast was okay (and the service from Jesse was great!) but dinner was terrible. I would recommend this hotel as a convenient base but don't expect luxury and avoid the restaurant!
