Located opposite the Ruby's complex and next to a BW+, this hotel has no onsite catering, but there is 
plenty nearby. Rooms are equipped with a fridge, coffee maker and microwave, so you can make your own breakfast if you don't fancy the trek to Ruby's or the diner across the road.

The beds are comfortable enough, although the room was dark even in bright sunshine. As others have noted, many views are of the car park rather than Bryce Canyon.   Free wifi is provided.

The showers are awkward to use - we thought we'd pull the pipes off the wall, it needed such a great tug to get the water flowing ! Annoyingly, there is no bedside switch for the lights, although it looks as if the trunking was designed to include one. Also, we found the ac interfered with the TV - not that there was much worth watching. 

We stayed one night at the beginning of October. The check-in was fast and friendly.
The motel is at the entrance of the park, next door to the Best Western and across Ruby's inn. The only way to be closer is to stay at the lodge inside the park.
Our room on the ground was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable, the heating worked fine, the towels were fluffy, but no conditioner for your hair. There is a fridge, coffee machine and microwave in the room, which is very convenient as the restaurant at Ruby's inn is crowded and the fast food not that appealing. You can even buy food across the street at Ruby's inn store.
The room was at a fair price for the location.

First, you need to know that accommodation choices around Bryce Canyon Nat'l Park are extremely limited and fill up fast. This is a basic motel and is fine. The rooms are basic, comfortable and clean. A coffee maker was included in our room but I forgot to check and we only had decaf. Not a big deal in the overall scheme of things. The girls who checked us in was friendly and the room price with our AARP discount plus tax was $101.02. Keep in mind, motel choices are limited and we were there in Sept. which is still the "high" season.This is the second time I've stayed here and would stay here again, not because it's wonderful but because it's right outside the park entrance, the rooms are adequate and other choices are limited.

We payed 63 euros for two persons for one night. We think this is the right price. Do not expect luxury, because the rooms are very basic and dark, with no view at all. But the location is great, only a couple of miles before entering Bryce Canyon.
Food at Ruby's Inn (partner of this hotel) is pretty basic, so if you can try another restaurant.
